1. 🤝 Agreement to Terms

By accessing autol.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and B2B clients. AUTOL CLEANTECH is a brand identity; all legal and financial obligations are held by Bean of India Global Exim LLP.

2. 🧪 Use of Products & Liability

  • Professional Use: Our products, including ACT TurboWash 50X, are industrial-grade concentrates. Users must follow the Dilution Ratios (e.g., 1:50) and safety instructions provided on the label or MSDS.

  • Misuse: Bean of India Global Exim LLP shall not be held liable for damage to vehicles, property, or skin/health resulting from improper dilution, misuse, or failure to perform a patch test.

  • Storage: The buyer is responsible for storing chemicals in a cool, dry place away from children.

3. 💳 Orders and Payments

  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount via your selected payment method.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices without notice. For B2B/Wholesale bulk orders, prices quoted in a pro-forma invoice are valid for 7 days.

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse any order, especially if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized redistribution.

4. 📑 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, chemical concentrations, or pricing are error-free. In the event of a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. 🏗️ Intellectual Property

The "ACT" logo, "AUTOL CLEANTECH" name, and all website content (images, text, and chemical branding) are the property of Bean of India Global Exim LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or "copy-cat" branding of our high-concentration technology is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

6. 🇮🇳 Shipping and B2B Taxes

  • GST: All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise for B2B quotes. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid GSTIN at checkout for input tax credit.

  • Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or our products shall be governed by the laws of India and settled in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

7. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using our chemicals for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our chemical formulations.
