📦 Return and Refund Policy

At AUTOL CLEANTECH, we are committed to providing industrial-grade chemical solutions. Given the specialized nature of our concentrated products, our return policy is designed to ensure safety and chemical integrity.

1. 📋 Return Eligibility Window

  • Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

  • Due to the nature of chemical stability, requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

2. 🛡️ Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Packaging: The seal of the bottle/container must be unbroken and untampered. We cannot accept returns of liquid chemicals if the security seal has been opened.

  • Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number from autol.in is required.

3. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product where the seal is broken or the container has been used.

  • Customized chemical formulations or bulk orders (over 50kg/Litres) unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale."

4. 🛠️ Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., you ordered ACT TurboWash but received ACT DishPro):

  1. Contact us immediately at care@autol.in or +91 9400609030.

  2. Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damage or the wrong label.

  3. Resolution: We will arrange a reverse pickup at our own cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. 💰 Refund Process (Razorpay Integration)

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team at our Kolenchery facility:

  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method.

    • UPI/Wallets: 2–3 business days.

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

  • Note: The original shipping charges and Razorpay transaction fees are non-refundable for "Change of Mind" returns.

6. 🚚 Return Shipping

  • For returns not involving defects (Change of Mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Safety Warning: Chemicals must be shipped back using a carrier authorized to handle liquid industrial cleaners. Do not send hazardous liquids via standard air mail without proper labeling.
