At AUTOL CLEANTECH, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of our professional-grade chemical concentrates. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.

1. ⏱️ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. 📍 Delivery Timelines

We ship across India from our central facility in Kolenchery, Kerala. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days.

  • South India (TN, KA, AP, TS): 4–6 business days.

  • Rest of India: 7–10 business days.

  • Bulk Orders (Above 50kg): Delivery times for bulk shipments may vary and will be communicated directly by our logistics team.

3. 💳 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery pin code.

  • Final shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout page before payment.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹2,999), as indicated on our website banners.

4. 📦 Handling of Liquid Concentrates

All ACT products are packed in industrial-grade, leak-proof containers with secondary security seals.

  • Please inspect the package for any leaks or damage before accepting the delivery from the courier agent.

  • If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at +91 9400609030.

5. 🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can track your shipment directly on our logistics partner’s website or via the "Track Order" page on autol.in.

6. ❌ Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package again.
